Much Ado About Nothing

On October 25th, Grade 7 and 8 students attended Much Ado About Nothing at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival. This trip was the culminating activity in their study of this classic. They have spent the last two months reading through the play and learning to present their own interpretations of the play.

During their visit to the Festival Theatre in Stratford, students laughed hard with Beatrice and Benedick, deceived by Don John and fell in love with Claudio and Hero. Students greatly enjoyed how the actors managed to bring to life this classic and make the 1000 students in attendance howl during this performance.

They also shared a great appreciation for the work that had been put into building a quality stage and seamless transitions between scenes.

Students had a great time and were great ambassadors for Glenn Arbour Academy.

GAA Students enjoyed watching Much Ado About Nothing and the beautiful day in Stratford, Ontario.
