From May 13 to 17th, a group of grade 7 and 8 students with their parents explored the historic town of Boston. They spent time visiting the witch hunting town of Salem, climbed aboard the USS Constitution and visited the Boston Marathon memorial. Students learned about the role Bostonians played in American Independence and about its development from a deep water seaport to a major American city. The trip was highlighted by an all access tour of Fenway park and tour with Bobby Orr. It was a trip that all participants will remember for years to come.
