Anti-Bullying Day at GAA

Glenn Arbour’s students and staff rocked pink outfits on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in support of Anti-Bullying Day. The pink-dyed hair, pink headbands, pink shoes and pink shirts worn that day all boldy stated our school’s stand against bullying.

This day, students learned all about bullying from a special guest speaker, Officer Panagabko from the Halton Police. Officer Panagabko informed students of the different forms of bullying that exists and how it occurs. The take home message was clear: “Respect one another and treat others as you would like to be treated”.

Congratulations to all the members of Torrin as they earned the most points for wearing the most pink!
